I've a hard time believing one city, albeit a very big one, would have this kind of impact. With that said, I'm not certain of anything. I'll try to read/listen to the conference call this weekend.

Just checked the rates for different Hyatts in NYC one regular Wednesday in April. Rates are crazy!
