I have four possible theories for the drones listed below from what I believe to be most likely to least likely:

1 - controlled by U.S. and being covered up. at some point they frame the drones on an adversary in order to gain public support to move against said adversary

2 - also controlled by U.S. but being used against a known legitimate threat against the United States. covering up the motive to control panic

(the gray area between scenarios one and two are very unnerving)

3 - UAP alien aircraft. I don’t think this is very likely but it’s not a 0% chance

4 - more advanced humans or beings from a more advanced parallel reality doing surveillance on our reality. (throwing this in there due to the quantum computing breakthrough that basically proves multiple universes exist)
