If you want to avoid having “dust” transactions in your node, you could test putting in your “bitcoin.conf” the parameter configuration:
dustrelayfee=0.00003001
That could do the job.
How about 10k sats?

I mean 0.0001
Well, with that configuration value the node would consider up to 1799 sats in an UXTO as “dust” and thus filter out more than necessary in the current situation.
