I don’t mean ossify completely, was more large changes on base layer

I think the world it always changing and so ossification will never occur, there will come a time when society is very different from how it is today. And hard money will have to adapt or be replaced, I don’t think this will be anytime soon but I think bitcoin will be used for hundreds of years and eventually this will happen.

Not sure base layer should be changed much ever. Layers on top will develop

Base layer does change though, for example segwit and taproot. It won’t change much or often but I think equivalent things will always happen.
