Is Bitcoin for everyone or not?

If a person is using Bitcoin to incrementally escape the Federal Reserve, why wouldn't any country setting up a reserve be doing the same?

I'll take it a step further and say that I think it would be wise for companies to also have Bitcoin on their balance sheets just like a reserve.
