You can try using webapps like noStrudel, but take care of your nsec and don't do that on browsers like chrome

I don't know if Tor browser is on iphone. Maybe firefox with ublock origin with advanced configs

Don't put it in any place, specially privacy unfrendly browser like chrome. Keep a paper backup instead of note on the PC or phone

I am using Iris on linux - I don't know wha tit's like on mac but its fine here. It also has a web interface. Worth a try
