I don't drink coffee that often, but when I do it's generally some boring and whatever brand is on sale that my wife bought from the grocery store. I probably only get good and unique tasting coffee when we go out to our local coffee shop for breakfast, which is rare.
I’m a creature of habit for sure.

Weekdays is mostly coffee from the espresso machine. Weekends are for the rituals. 😂
The surprises happen when calibrating the coffee ratio after I get a new coffee blend. First 3 cups are usually not the best 🤣

Do different brews -- typically custom mix of different flavors (although we have our favorites as well that get more "cup time")
Use a small-volume roaster rather than what you can buy at Walmart...
