apple doesn’t know or care about what pwa service you used to zap with… the more devices loading bundle ids not listed in the App Store through developer mode sends a message to apple that consumers both desire and want to run what ever software they please on the devices they own. If you are gonna stay in the garden (and please spare me of arguments to leave the garden) help it grow in the way you want. If security is a concern then build from source like this, no $100 dollar dev account required.

yes, not a paid dev account tho.
you can change a .plist file to allow export of an ipa and skip the $100, then sign it through altstore (or sideloadly) but this way you don’t have to trust my builds.
but that’s also kinda my point they see the number of consumers who use their free 5 slots of self signed apps, and know the customer desires and is capable of this.
You don't need to constantly resign then?
you would still need to resign every 7 days. But updates coming so fast that I don’t think there’s been a period of 7 days yet where one wouldn’t re-up that count by updating. It’s not perfect, but my point here is to say if, and that’s a huge if, we gonna stay here, sending the signal that you willing to resign every 7 days, will shape how their compliance with eu laws ends up.

its worth noting, using your dev account and own bundle.id also sends this message to apple, with the added bonus of voting with your dollars.
the branch with the custom tweaks is called zideus-master but now we have custom reactions that’s mostly just visual skin tweaks. I haven’t reverted the 🖖 emoji in that build yet.
