OK so I'm confused about #cashu I get that its fast and you can use it for even offline payments. But pooling all that #bitcoin in one place scares the crap out of me without complete trust that the mint won't run off with my #sats

It's simply a tool. You don't hodl on a cashu wallet. You simply go in and out as you need.
