Who wants long waits to see the MD, short visits, insurance driven treatment plans, pill mills, hidden charges/opaque pricing, influence on treatment plans by biopharmaceuticals or fiat academia, expensive and increasing prices, low quality, little education, little emphasis on dietary / lifestyle factors?
