It's definitely different here in Nostr and it took some getting used to when I switched over. My only regret is not having Nostr years ago.

I come from a different culture and can attest there’s a pronounced cultural difference when it comes to communication styles with Americans.
If you use it wisely, that direct communication style is a superpower, as you can push your way through a lot of bullshit.
