What a tremendous past few days, here at the 100 aker wood. Most of the big stuff is done, as far as reno's go, and we're pretty much down to painting. Once the painting is done, I'll be riding that floor sander for a day or two. Shot, I may very well have all these jobs done before 15 August, which gives the hard wax oil on the floors plenty of time to dry before new tenants move in 1 September. Look at me, only six weeks behind schedule.
