If your relay blasts to other relays, you don't need to have those other relays set as relays you write to, except that you probably want to have a couple relays listed as "outbox" relays, so clients that support the outbox model will know of at least two relays where your notes can be found, in case one is unreachable.

You will still need to have other relays in your list to read from, too.
