this is what i believe i am and what i tell myself as often as possible:

i am innocent.

Nothing has happened.

The Holy Spirit knows what I am.

I am awakening to God.

when i am tempted to regard another as a body, i say:

you are spirit, whole and innocent. all is forgiven and released. Awake, holy Son of God.

you and i are exactly the same. there is no separation because God is one with His creation.
