I'm trying to rewrite everything I do with my time to shift from consumption to creation/action, like taking video or photos, writing, cleaning, working in the yard.

Consuming the internet has taken over my brain, and it gives outsiders a blank check on my mood.

If I do consume something, I want it to be slow like a book or watching TV/movies with family.

It almost feels like drinking. I know if I'm consuming alone, it's probably not helping.
