How to quickly calm your mind when everything is falling apart

Sometimes things seem minor,

but together they create chaos in your head:

you need to make a call, finish writing something, check something...

And it's hard to even get started.

There is a very effective technique called the “1 minute of silence” method.

What to do:

Sit comfortably. Turn off the sound on your phone.

Close your eyes for 60 seconds and just do nothing.

It sounds too simple, but it always works.

In a minute, your brain reduces tension,

and after that, it is easier to determine what to do first.

Why it works:

When your mind is noisy, your brain reacts emotionally,

but one minute of silence puts it into logic mode.
