How will you implement bookmarks? Existing implementations are worse than useless, they just get lost & they don't warn users which is what they would have to do to be as good as useless since then at least the user would turn to a working tool to save things for later
Need to look into it. NIP51 kind 100003 events i guess. And if its not good enough we’ll see where i can help

Go for non replaceable events + deletes with k tags.
