So bitcoin is demonetizing real estate, as well as gold and other asset classes?
Hopefully it returns them to a utility asset instead of an investment asset... it was all pumped through fiat currency losing value and people having to find things to store their wealth in.
Haven't yet, but have been wanting to/thinking about doing the same thing with my rental property.... since 7k price range and would have done very, very nicely, but oh well. I like my monthly income and i guess it's okay to a bit less than 100% BTC and I still have sentimental attachment to the property.
