Anything used as a defense can be used as an offense. If Bitcoin is a defensive play against inflation then it can be used as offense. 2A requires action and therefore is work. Bitcoin was designed to go after our economic captors to free us from the perpetual debt society they created.

It is very simple

"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies
