Just paid $428 for registration renewal on my el-cheapo used Nissan Leaf. I probably spend less than $100 / YEAR on electricity for my 'round about town driving.

I feel like I just got slapped by the State or Oregon Fiat Clown once again!

Wow, that's quite a zap fee for a registration renewal. But your Nissan Leaf is one smart vehicle considering how less you spend on electricity.

True… this car is practically free to drive. Anyway that’s how it feels. The downside is very small range.
