Well... I didn't say that. And I don't think the current system is fine. Pointing out your flaws does not absolve outside forces of their flaws. It's simply a statement that you have a flaw holding you back. Refusal to take any responsibility yourself is precisely what's making your hole deeper. You're not even trying to counteract the flawed system. You're just drowning in it because of your apathy.
Its partly my fault for making stupid choices not being educated on money....
But today....What's the fucking point of working my ass off fighting back.....when next year I'll just have to work 4% harder to keep the same stuff?

I'll work doordashing when I need to for housing, electric, food, etc....and enjoy the rest of my time with friends and family.
Nobody has energy to swim forever.
But have fun feeling like your getting somewhere while the same system your swimming in keeps expanding so you never reach the edge. 👍
The point is you should always work your ass off. Doesn't matter what the state of the world is. You don't understand that because you're lazy. And you'll be in debt forever until you can change that.

Working hard doens't mean never taking vacation... You seem to only deal in absolutes... You know working hard just means I can pay for bigger nicer vacations for my family. Working harder means I'm debt free, with a stack of Bitcoin, a house and 4 cars and my wife is retired at 30. She deosn't work a real job AT ALL now. We weren't given anything by anyone and I don't even have a degree, my wife does. Ya know, the one retiring... Oh and it's paid for too. Stop making excuses for the shitty parts of your life. Own it. I honestly believe bitcoin is going to be used against us in the future. The government doesn't back things that are good for we the people. At least not in my lifetime...

More work in the present while I'm young and fit is maximizing my time with friends and family. Because when I'm older I won't be able to work as much. I'll need money (a proxy for time and labor) in the future to maximize my time with them. That my friend is time preference. You just have a high time preference. You are maximizing time with friends and family now without regard for what that means for your time with them in the future.
