No, anyone can fale the time they post. So timestamp do this with the Bitcoin blockchain. So you can proof that you posted it at this bloco height

Oh ..I see .... when I click on TIME STAMP option , it says OTS : PENDING .. what do I do to enable it ?

And .. how can anyone fake the time stamp ? Don't all relays follow the standard time ?

Well when you import data from twitter to Nostr you can use relays accepting back dated posts
