Pretty close to it.
No documents is needed unless you exchange more than 100k a day or something. Which most don’t:-)
But nothing except P2P with physical cash for BTC is really Non-kyc.
But Relai doesn’t ask for anything.
It was a shitpost given the BNB price tanking.. 😅 I would not keep a satoshi custodied at Binance.. ✌️
