I have a friend that wants to set up a cooking channel on NOSTR.
What would be the best way to post his videos without using Youtube and something that would be playable directly from the nostr interface?

Not sure what hosting for recorded video would be best, but zap.stream and vida.live are the streaming options I am aware of.
is that only live or does it save the broadcast?

Just saw this, I don't believe that's integrated yet widely. But I do stream to PlebCloud.live as well, and that does save.
