What specifically would you recommend I test?

I think I found a local lab that will test Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free T4 (Thyroxine). Would that cover what would be most informative?

thyroid: TSH, T3, T4, TPO

lipids: cholesterol

sex hormones + cortisol

All of these necessary to understand thyroid health.
