I ordered a Go Fit (brand) Muscle Hook. It arrived today and I went through the little spiral book that comes with it and self massaged all the trigger areas I can't reach. I give it all the stars---if you need a gift idea--it is a guaranteed winner. I wish I had bought one sooner.
