I’m worried to see how the tiktok algorithm consumes entire hours of life of the new generations.

This would not be worrying if it will not diminish your ability to read, understand and, above all, your curiosity to learn.

We were all once regular consumerists of social network but we had a life, today the synchronous displacement of playful content seems to be the only thing that gives meaning to millions of lives.

Where did our hand go? #Asknostr #Nostr

I mean a lot of times they are learning. Also I guess they are reading(maybe too little) and learning very rapidly. Id like to think people are consuming at a much rapid pace. It’s feeding curiosity to learn more efficiently. But it has its tradeoffs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

In an average of 60 sec of content you consume, I don’t think you can learn something productively efficiently. However, it is not the problem, I think the problem is the time spent unproductively that is getting bigger.
