Buying bitcoin apparently fixes everything. The more people buy, the more price goes up, which coincidentally benefits those advocating for bitcoin as the fix for everything, but I'm sure there's no correlation there.
I've never seen a good explanation other than "fiat is bad!" But bitcoin is useless unless converted to fiat.
