Agreed, I've done all kinds of ground meats and it's so good. I like butter/boston lettuce, but you don't get many leaves.

YES! I just finished up with the butter lettuce! I’ll stack three small pieces of it, sometimes three pieces on each side of the meat
I'll have to remember that, I always try to cram it in to a tiny piece and make a mess.
