Can I post a 2 min long video on here? When I try I get an error. Is there any way around that?

Shouldn’t be a problem the video itself is not hosted on Nostr.
What client are you using ?
Or try uploading using https://nostr.build/ and copy the link 🫡

Free media hosting services on Nostr have file size limitations, and video is especially tricky because it has to be compressed before uploading.
If you use Adobe Media Encoder you can specify a target file size and as long as you keep it under 10 MB you it should be able to upload it.
Also check out nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7’s paid version that gives you more storage space, or nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg‘s premium level.
