Anyone can be a tour guide on a tropical island when the sun is shining, the skies are clear and everything is perfect.

People often claim to be in love when they have just met, but over time, that love can fade. Why does this happen?

The practice of acceptance and being thankful for what we have can help us to get away from endless desire to have more, the better, etc.

Even in times of scarcity, gratitude can make us feel abundant. To help us focus on what we currently have and care of it.

So today, I am saying thank you to me, my health, family and being able to work and help others.
