Honestly the best way to get most of these guys is with a solid honey pot approach. Just find out all their vices. Not for blackmail or nothing like that. Just to use them against them.

Use just the perfect woman or whatever they prefer. Then plan accordingly. The key is not to be obvious about it of course. We gotta respect their intelligence as much as it would be tempting to make fools of them. Appealing to their ego is probably the best way. Idk.
