Next steps would be to get NIP-05 verified, which shows everyone you’re human. I recommend nostrplebs.com from #[3]

Also, to tune out the noise in global, find a few cool accounts you like, and start following the people they follow. That way you’ll get more high quality content.

I also recommend paid relays if you want a better spam filter.

Filter.nostr.wine does a great job and also sends your notes to public relays while filtering the spam from coming in. #[4] and #[5] can help if you have more questions on their relay.
