I ask in the vein of customer discovery.

As a non-user of smart watches I want to understand what jobs they are helping you with.

For example, “I want to be immediately notified when my laundry machine completes the wash, so that my clothes don’t start a foul smell.”

As said, I'm not the typical smart watch user.

The main use for me is to be able to leave the phone around allowing only specific (urgent) notifications to reach me.

Sometime I used it also to control music.

What is an urgent notification for you, if non-private/you are able to share?
