no it's not that, i don't want to buy land here when i know sooner or later in the span of my life it is likely to get hit by kilometre high tsunamis
i've already seen minor stuff on the coast road over to Ponta Delgada, and other people i've talked to about it are also like "yeah, eventually something has gotta happen"

yeah, nah, nothing a problem probably for at least 5 years i think, certainly not if you are at over 300M altitude, there is not a lotta tsunami risk here really, it's an outlier but that's something that cycles suggest is coming in the next few decades
honestly, from the info i've seen it is possible it is actually a safe place in such an event, certainly anywhere over 1km altitude
