In the last year or so, I've become a fan of resistance bands for a workout. I do some workouts without any equipment, just body resistance, but using resistance bands gives me another option when I want a change-up. Unlike weight equipment, they take up no space, which is important to me since we have limited space. I have a set of bands that connects to wall anchors, easy peasy. Of course, most days I get more than enough exercise doing outdoor work, but sometimes I just feel like doing something different. Just a thought. #grownostr #workout
