It's humorous to see people losing their sh!t over an idea that is so unlikely to happen. Probably impossible to pull it off constitutionally/legally.

What he really means is he wants to get tough on repeat offenders and violent criminals because the laws have been relaxed to favour criminals or even to encourage criminality.

Imagine raising kids without them having consequences or passing kids who fail in school. No consequences makes the world a disaster.
