Goog God almighty. I remember when I rubbed against the high cost of my transaction being included in the time chain myself for a $90 fee earlier this year. I'm never doing that again.

Lightning ⚡ was my way out. People can just wait a bit or use LN (assuming they've anticipated this)... my channels are big enough for now but I'm considering increasing the capacity.
