Yeah I was looking through the Nostr section in the settings and it seems to be one nostr identity per account? So I guess I need to create another account then?

You can add as many accounts (same account) but with different nostr keys. Just click on add account and click again in connect with Alby button. It will just replicate the same Alby account but the keys are different, so you can have more than one Nostr key.
