I wish I had better answers, but some things about the relay are:

* It's fast. Low population + 10 core ARM. We can and will scale of response gets slow.

* Rate limits and subscription limits are bumped up.

* We have very low costs, so it'll be sustained for a long period without asking for more sats.

I have to admit, I have not given much thought to being unique ATM. Just trying to be good at the basics for now.
