Do you think assets like stocks, bonds, etc will end up tokenized? If so, is it going to be on one chain, or many?

Etherealize (eth's new marketing foundation) says "All roads lead to Ethereum".

I know RGB, Taproot Assets, and others exist but I'm not too knowledgeable about the process. All the hype I see is about this stuff being built on Eth/SOL, and I don't understand why those people aren't taking advantage of what already exists in Bitcoin.
