Today's Menu #4: Spicy Cold Noodles - Bibim Guksu (비빔êµìˆ˜)
thin wheat noodles, julienned vegetables (green lettuce, carrot, cabbage, onion.. whatever you want), boiled egg, handmade red chili sauce with vinegar, samgyeopsal (pork belly), etc.
Made Bibim Guksu to use up the vegetables in the fridge before they spoil.
I hate wasting food so much. 1+1 sales lead to waste. As a single-person household, even if I buy small quantities, ingredients often get left over.
So sometimes my menu has to follow leftover ingredients in the fridge.
But it's usually fun. Creative variations for what to make with the leftover ingredients instantly come to mind.
