Sir Arthur Keith showed us that we human beings have evolved as groups (tribes; nations; races) and not as individuals. Therefore government, as bad as it can be sometimes, is a natural and probably inescapable part of the human condition. Thoughtful Americans (and others under "democracies" and cryptocracies) naturally hate their government. We have been so long under a traitorous regime (at least since 1933) that most of us cannot even imagine a government that is not the enemy of its own people. It need not always be this way, though.
