Amethyst lets you react with as many emojis as you want. 😁
But not with just a single reaction. Both noStrudel (screenshot above) and Amtehyst list the double-heart as single reaction by a single user.

No, doesn't work. Two emojis is max in Amethyst.
The same could be done with Amethyst
