There are many people “minting” crap. I’m assuming they are treating it like a lottery ticket and each spends a relatively small amount in the hopes they’ll get rich.
Collectively they are just transferring their valuable sats to the miners doing useful work. 🤷♂️

Awesome stats! This is not only negligible in the short term, but absolutely unsustainable in the long term. At some point the rice for the meme value will become prohibitively expensive.
