decentralized games are hard if you want them to be fair. generally you don't want to trust users to update their own data.

The game server would have to keep track of the latest event id to mark it as a valid or modded save when loaded. that's how I was going to do it. But I thought yesterday that can also be a kind.

I began working on the dnd turn based game with save states as events a while back. I will get back to it soon. I'm just trying to iron out the client library in grain to use it for nostrhero.
