That’s one of the advantages of mech keyboards, is they all use this press-fit joint where the keycap pulls straight off with a simple tool.
A more modern innovation is that the keyswitch itself can also pop out with a tool, so if you have a spill, have a switch fail, want to switch some of your keys to a different style of switch, etc, changing the switch out is a simple operation.
It does make your keyboard more of an investment, but if you’re on a desktop computer for many hours a day, it’s worth the time/money investment IMO.
