What’s the best method to downloading my data (from IG, FB, the Blue Bird App, etc.), recording the profiles I follow, and scrubbing them clean, and then deleting? They bring me nothing of value anymore.

I followed some key plebs from Bitcoin Twitter and started fresh by not migrating anything else. Didn't even download anything. Although I wish I could search my tweets bc there were some bangers, but fuck it.
