i have a laptop mac A1466

i managed to install linux debian 12.11

but... the wifi driver is where i am struggling with.

i used copilot, grok, chatgpt... followed instructions and done many tests.

no success. the only way i can connect the laptop to the Internet is through Bluetooth tethering connection to my smartphone.

Has anyone any idea how to solve the wifi driver broadcom-sta-dkms 5.30.223.271-25.1

Seems to be a problem with your repositories. You need to toggle the non-free packages too becaus your Wifi driver is proprietary.

thanks. can i have the steps to do that? or something i can write to the AI maybe so i get the steps? unfortunately i am a Windows guy i got not linux knowledge
