idk but I have to disagree.
We are what is our nature, what we’re taught, and/ or what are our experiences.
You can call it broken, but mankind is easily capable of such things and continues to prove it time and time again.
Thing is the vast majority of people don't do evil as a lifestyle. They go to work, raise their families, seek good for others. While we can all descend into madness, doing evil is a choice most don't make. Netanyahu seems to love to do evil. He is different.
